The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders — including customers, business teams and internal users — to gather, analyse and clearly define requirements, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support business success.

You will use your strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills to help AA make informed technology decisions that optimise business processes. Partnering with internal IT teams and external technology providers, you will proactively explore innovative solutions that add value and improve the way we operate.

This role is integral to the delivery of AA’s digital strategy, ensuring consistent alignment between business objectives and IT solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
