Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Executive Associate to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive leadership team. This role acts as a trusted advisor, strategic integrator and operational anchor for the Association. The ideal candidate excels in strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, communication and project execution.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure cohesive operational alignment across the organisation while leading strategic initiatives, overseeing commercial performance and enabling effective executive decision-making.
Job Description
Strategic Leadership and Advisory
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic counsel and insights to support organisational decision-making.
- Lead strategic reviews, planning cycles and performance assessments.
- Prepare high‑quality briefing notes, board papers and executive-level insights.
Programme and Project Management
- Drive end‑to‑end ownership of complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, interdependencies and deliverables.
- Develop structured project plans with clear metrics and reporting mechanisms.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary between the CEO, leadership team and stakeholders.
- Communicate key decisions and project updates in a clear and structured manner.
- Build trust-based relationship across internal stakeholders.
Commercial Oversight
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the Commercial department.
- Track performance indicators and deliver actionable commercial insights.
- Optimise operational processes and resource allocations to support growth targets.
Operational Excellence
- Implement effective systems, governance structures and reporting frameworks.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration and streamline organisational workflows.
- Maintain executive-level governance standards, ensuring quality and compliance.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in strategy, operations, management consulting or a similar high-impact role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience in membership-based or commercial environments is advantageous.
