Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead Road Patrols and/or Battery Patrols, ensuring operational effectiveness, service excellence, fleet management and people leadership.
Job Description
- Lead, coach and manage patrol staff.
- Manage performance, attendance and leave.
- Monitor response times and service delivery.
- Oversee shifts, fleet, stock and equipment.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints and support operational planning.
Education
- Grade 12 is essential.
- A Management or Supervisory qualification, or equivalent training, is required.
- Completed MS office courses.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience is required.
- Experience within a logistics or operational environment is essential.
- Experience within the automotive industry will be advantageous.
Other
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence is essential.
- A valid Code 10 (EC1) driver’s licence and PrDP will be advantageous.
- Must be willing and able to work shifts in support of operational requirements.
