Are you passionate about the automotive industry and driven by sales success? We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AAQA Area Representative to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our client base, building strong customer relationships, conducting technical audits and inspections across South Africa, and contributing to the continued success and reputation of AAQA.

Job Description

• Grow the AAQA client base through field sales, dealer outreach, and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide market intelligence regarding industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits for AAQA applicants and existing clients throughout South Africa.
• Produce accurate inspection reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and timeously.
• Represent the AA brand professionally and uphold company values in all interactions.

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified motor industry artisan qualification will be advantageous.
• Relevant sales qualification, certification, or degree will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the motor industry.
• 2 to 3 years’ proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong client relationship management experience with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
