Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Junior Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying business development opportunities, and supporting the acquisition of new business.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of key corporate accounts.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide performance reports to clients.
  • Manage client queries, billing processes, scheme utilisation, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional products and services.
  • Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage new projects and schemes from initiation to implementation.
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across internal business units to meet client needs.

Education

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Completed or currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Relationship Management, Marketing, or a related field.

 

Experience

  • At least one year working experience in a key account management environment new business development and interacting with clients at a senior level.
