If you encounter a dangerous situation or feel unsafe send a panic signal at the touch of a button. With a network of over 500 partners who will come to your aid, all you need to do is press the AA Emergency Services button in the app.

Whether you’re travelling home after dark, meeting someone for the first time or heading to an unfamiliar destination, AA Armed Response is there to help you feel safer every step of the way.
With the Ride and Meet features in the AA Armed Response App, you can let our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre know where you’re going, how long you expect to be there and when you should arrive or finish. If we can’t confirm that you’re safe, we’ll follow up and, where necessary, initiate the appropriate response, including dispatching armed response to your location.

The Ride feature allows you to log your journey and estimated travel time in the app. Once your journey should have ended, our Emergency Response Centre checks in to make sure you’ve arrived safely. If we can’t reach you or you need assistance, we’ll immediately begin the appropriate response.

Simply log where you’re meeting, how long you expect to be there and let us do the rest. Once your meeting is due to end, we’ll check in to confirm you’re safe. If we can’t verify your wellbeing, we’ll initiate the appropriate response procedures.
