Automobile Association of South Africa Magazine Issue 2 Wellness Warehouse Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years and above.
1.2 Employees of the Automobile Association of South Africa and Wellness Warehouse, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period:
2.1 The competition begins on 1 December 2023 and entries close on 29 February 2024.

3. Prize:
3.1 The winner will receive a Wellness Warehouse hamper and a R100 Wellness Warehouse gift card .
3.2 The total value of the hamper and gift card is R2000.

4. How to Enter:
4.1 To enter, participants must fill in their details on the lead generation form available in the Automobile Association of South Africa Magazine Issue 2.
4.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
4.3 The user must be a member of the AA or be subscribed to the AA Magazine database.

5. Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
5.2 The selection will take place by 29 March 2024.
5.3 The winner will be announced on The Automobile Association of South Africa NPC’s official social media pages and contacted via email.

6. Notification of Winner:
6.1 The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
6.2 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, a new winner will be selected.

7. Public Announcement:
7.1 The winner’s name will be announced on the official social media pages of The Automobile Association of South Africa NPC.

8. Prize Collection:
8.1 The winner must provide a shipping address where the winner’s prize needs to be shipped to.

9. General Conditions:
9.1 The Automobile Association of South Africa NPC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions.
9.2 The Automobile Association of South Africa NPC is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
9.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
9.4 Please note that certain behaviours, including but not limited to cheating or fraudulent activities, can lead to disqualification from the competition.
9.5 In the event of technical problems, errors, or unexpected situations, all the Parties involved in this competition are not responsible for any inconvenience or issues that may arise.
9.6 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising are subject to arbitration.

10. Privacy:
10.1 Participant information provided on the lead generation form will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
10. 2 Your information will be handled in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013, ensuring the utmost privacy and security throughout and thereafter the competition.

11. Modification or Termination:
11.1 The Automobile Association of South Africa NPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.

12. Agreement to Terms:
12.1 Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
