With our Added Value for Accidents service, we’ll help you lodge a Road Accident Fund (RAF) claim, ensuring you receive the compensation you deserve. You can then use this amount to cover things like medical bills, loss of income or funeral expenses.

With Added Value for Accidents, there are no additional costs to you or lawyers involved, and we’ll handle the paperwork from start to finish – so you can focus on what matters most.

Who can claim:

  • Any AA Member that has subscribed to Added Value for Accidents* that has been injured because of a negligent driver
  • The spouse or dependant of a deceased victim
  • A close relative of the deceased, in terms of funeral expenses

*Any claimant under the age of 18 must be assisted by a parent or legal guardian.

What you can claim for:

  • Past and future hospital and medical expenses
  • Past and future loss of income or earnings
  • Past and future loss of support for dependants of a deceased or disabled victim
  • General damages for pain, suffering, and disfigurement in terms of bodily injury
  • Necessary funeral expenses
