AA Armed Response is cheaper than a cappuccino. From only R35 per person per month, it is the most affordable armed response solution on the market. Subscribe for yourself and your loved ones, and you can rest assured knowing we’ve got your back.

Did you know that AA Members pay less for AA Armed Response? For only R25 per month for the principal Member and R15 per dependant (up to four). It’s a great reason to join the AA today, and let us look after you and your family.

It comes from a service provider you can trust

We have been serving South Africans for 90 years, delivering our trusted roadside assistance, emergency medical assistance, and more, to our Members (and non-members). The world is changing, and we wanted to make sure South Africans have someone to look after them by launching AA Armed Response.

We have partnered up with over 160 security service providers to ensure we can reach you when you need our help. This means that you are not relying on a single provider to help you. When you need our help, the closest security service provider to your location will come to your rescue, reducing waiting time.

It’s available for everyone

We want all South Africans to feel safe, and anyone can subscribe to AA Armed Response. You can also subscribe to AA Armed Response on behalf of loved ones and give them the gift of security.

You can use it nationwide.

AA Armed Response is available 24-hours a day. When you are in a situation where you feel unsafe, or where your life is in danger, you can press the ‘HELP’ button in the AA Armed Response app, and we will come to your aid.

All you need is an active subscription, a smartphone with a data connection, and location services enabled to make use of our service.
