Opulent Models South Africa 2022 – AA Armed Response 3 months free subscription Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of this offer become effective and binding from 24 February 2022 until 25 May 2022.

How to activate subscription:

1. Subscribers can sign up at the Opulent Models South Africa 2022 event on the 24^th of February to the following morning 25^th of February, 12pm.
2. The sign-up page will be shut off after 25^th of February, 12pm.
3. Subscribers can sign up through a QR code located at the activation stand.
4. Confirmation SMS will be sent once subscription is complete.
5. Download the AA Armed Response App and log in.

 

The product:

The first 500 people to subscribe at the Opulent Models South Africa 2022 event on the 24^th of February to the following morning 25^th of February, 12pm get 3 month free AA Armed Response subscription.

Subscription rules:

 

1. Only one subscription per person is allowed, and it needs to meet the following criteria:

• Sign up at the Opulent Models South Africa 2022 event on the 24^th of February to the following morning 25^th of February, 12pm using the QR code located at the activation stand.

 

2. Each subscriber shall be entitled, subject to the Terms and Conditions: Vouchers are not transferable for cash.

• To a free 3 month AA Armed Response subscription

 

3. Voucher Limits

• In accordance with the AA Armed Response voucher, the subscription period is limited to a period of 3 months. (24 February 2022 – 25 May 2022)

 

4. Entitlements

• The AA Armed Response subscription voucher entitles the subscriber to 1 subscription valid for 3 months.

 

5. The subscriber is responsible to follow all AA Armed Response Terms and Conditions https://aa.co.za/aa-armed-response-terms-and-conditions/ and agrees to responsible use of the AA App.

 

6. The voucher may only be redeemed on the night of the Opulent Models South Africa 2022 event on the 24^th of February to the following morning 25^th of February, 12pm. The AA shall be entitled to terminate this agreement in the event of the subscriber exceeding the set limit or misusing the voucher whether negligently or intentionally, and the subscriber hereby indemnifies the AA for all charges and/or claims arising through the use of such voucher after termination.

 

7. The subscriber hereby indemnifies the AA against all losses, claims, expenses, or cost that may occur as a result of acceptance and use of the subscription.

 

8. Subscriptions are valid for 3 (three) months only.

• The free 3 (three) months AA Armed Response Subscription is valid for use only in South Africa.

 

9. The subscription shall not at any point be part of matrimonial property or be part of a deceased estate.

 

 

10. All subscribers must claim their subscription and confirm their contact details on the night of the Opulent Models South Africa 2022 event on the 24^th of February to the following morning 25^th of February, 12pm. (Participants must ensure that their contact details are correct as incorrect contact details could result in an unclaimed offer).

 

11. The AA reserves the right to redistribute all unclaimed subscriptions.

 

12. Subscribers agree to the use of their name, town and photograph for promotional purposes.

 

13. Subscriptions may not be exchanged or transferred.

 

14. The AA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and / or suspend any offer.

 

15. The AA, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in this offer or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.

 

16. The agreement or transaction entered into or payment made by or under it, would not give rise to any legal relationship rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, or will be legally enforceable, or the subject of litigation, but all such arrangements, agreements and transactions would be binding in honour only.

 

17. All entrants, by entering AA offerings, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

18. Closing date must be adhered to; no extensions will be given.

 

19. AA Membership and products are subject to Terms and Conditions.
